We are a nonprofit public interest law firm founded to defend parents' rights to shield their children from the impacts of gender identity ideology.
As a non-partisan, nonprofit public interest law firm, the Child & Parental Rights Campaign, Inc. was founded to respond to a radical new ideology overtaking families and threatening the well-being of children and the fundamental right of parents.
Children are being led to believe a powerful untruth – that they could be “born in the wrong body.” It is our mission to defend the rights of children and parents against this dangerous ideology and to restore the rights of parents to direct the care, education, and upbringing of their children. Together, we must fight to engage the culture in meaningful ways in order to secure the future of our children and families.

Willey Case Status Statement
In a significant ruling, the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming allowed key claims in the Willey family’s lawsuit against the Sweetwater County School District to proceed. The case centers on alleged violations of parental rights and religious freedom due to the district’s policy allowing students to adopt different gender identities at school without parental notification. This decision marks an important precedent in the protection of parents’ and teachers’ constitutional rights.
Landerer vs. Dover Area School District
On April 3, 2024, the Child & Parental Rights Campaign filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of Michelle Landerer against the Dover Area School District. The suit alleges that the district violated Landerer’s 1st and 14th Amendment rights by providing gender-altering care to her daughter and using male pronouns without her knowledge or consent. The lawsuit also claims that district personnel endorsed and provided counseling supporting this care under a district-wide directive.
