Legal Representation

Expert legal counsel for parents, students, female athletes, detransitioners, and whistleblowers

The Child & Parental Rights Campaign defends children, parents, students, female athletes, and whistleblowers against the harms caused by gender ideology, providing legal representation before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. CPRC works with local attorneys to provide knowledgeable and effective representation in the following areas:

Legal Representation

Parental Rights in Education

We represent parents whose constitutionally protected fundamental right to direct the upbringing, care, and education of their children has been violated by school policies that circumvent parents to impose transgender ideology on their children — or affirm a gender identity inconsistent with their child's sex without parental approval. When school officials withhold information about a child or aid minors in circumventing parental authority, we help parents hold them accountable.

Students' Rights to Protection Against Sex-Based Discrimination

We represent students harmed by school policies driven by gender ideology — including Title IX cases where girls have been sexually assaulted, physically assaulted, or seriously harmed as a result of those policies. Students are entitled to protection against sex-based discrimination and to privacy and safety at school.

Female Athletes' Privacy, Safety, and Fair Competition

We represent female athletes and coaches to protect the privacy, safety, and fair competition of girls’ and women’s sports and spaces against the inclusion of males in female categories, locker rooms, and facilities.

Parental Rights in Child Protective Services

Child Protective Services agencies are increasingly used to investigate parents and remove custody from those who refuse to affirm their child's rejection of their sex. CPRC provides experienced legal representation to help parents protect their right to make medical and mental health decisions for their child against CPS.

Defending Whistleblowers

We defend teachers, medical professionals, and others who witness wrongdoing inside schools, hospitals, medical practices, or government agencies and come forward — and who face retaliation for refusing to participate in the violation of parental rights or the harming of children.

Detransitioners Medically Harmed or Defrauded

We represent detransitioners who were medically harmed or defrauded by experimental sex-rejecting interventions administered as minors, and who are seeking accountability and legal help.

Amicus Briefs

We file Friend of the Court briefs in cases central to our mission — safeguarding children, girls and women, and parents' right to raise their children according to the dictates of their own conscience.
