Erin Friday, Esq. is of counsel with Child & Parental Rights Campaign and a California attorney. She is also the President of Our Duty-USA, a non-partisan national organization focused on child and women safeguarding and parental rights. She is an experienced litigator and advocate who has drafted legislation in her home state of California and assisted with other states’ legislatures. Erin has drafted a number of amicus briefs to both federal and state appellate courts as well as the Supreme Court on a myriad of subjects including protections for families and freedom of speech.
Prior to moving to California, Erin was licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where she clerked for the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. She was licensed to practice law in California in 1997 and spent most of her career as a civil litigator at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. She was also in-house counsel for Lennar Corporation and Solar City. In 2021, her focus shifted to protecting families through Our Duty. Erin has appeared on several news outlets and has published articles in the Wall Street Journal, the Federalist, Epoch Times, and several other publications.
She received her J.D. from Villanova Law School and her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University.
