Protecting Female Athletes: The Case of Melissa Beatty Smooth
On Friday February 14th, a team of fighters gathered at the California State Capitol where Assembly members announced three bills that will protect girls/women and parental rights in the fight against institutionalized transgender ideology. CPRC’s Vernadette Broyles discussed the story of our client, former San Jose State University Women's Volleyball Coach, Melissa Batie-Smoose who was suspended and subsequently terminated for advocating for the privacy, safety and equal opportunities of female athletes through a Title IX complaint.
Vernadette also shared about the harms that gender indoctrination in schools is doing to children, citing our own real life cases. And she trumpeted a warning about parents, like our California clients, who have lost custody of their child to child protective services because they refuse to raise their child as the opposite sex.
Join us in the fight to protect the rights of parents and girls/women and the health of children! At CPRC, it’s our mission to protect children, females and parents where gender ideology threatens individual liberties and parental authority.!
